There's a new exhibit at The Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk called "Go Fish! Long Island Sound & Beyond."
It features a 30,000 gallon tank with local fish like striped bass, cod, tautogs, Atlantic salmon, wolffish and spiny dogfish sharks. Coming soon - a seven foot Atlantic halibut.
Check out interactive displays and learn about the connections between everyday life and the creatures in our local water (beyond just serving them with lemon and butter).

Nice! I'll have to check that out next time I come up that way.
This may be the only place to have local fish especially since the Sound does not support them any more.
Very cool, sounds like its worth taking the kids to.
