We're rejecting the "stay" part and selflessly helping the economy by starting our VAcation tomorrow. Keep your nose clean, Stamford - I'll be back soon.
Until then, check out the New York Times piece on Trump Parc and Highgrove. What do you think? Are these properties ushering in downtown real estate's comeback or part of a boom time that's passed us by?

I question whether there was ever a market for these overpriced condos, even during the height of the boom. Downtown Stamford is not Manhattan.
A new Dunkin' Donuts commercial has now introduced "breakation" to the world. Ugh.
Not all of us like the city.when are you realize this.
Lots of people don't like the city. I don't always like the city, but hopefully this blog will help make it better by promoting and publicizing the positive things. It's also a forum to figure out what needs improvement - your comments on that topic are 100% welcome.
