There’s an event you may want to remember
Pet Animal Welfare Society – or PAWS
Is gearing up for a good cause
Their goal is to find homes for each pet
Who otherwise a home would not get
Bark in the Park’s their event
It’s a dog walk to raise dollars and cents
To support their quite worthy mission
Your interest would be a fine addition
About them there’s reason to cheer
They place over 500 pets per year
Check their website for how to join up
And provide help for a cat or a pup
